About Our Principal Consultant
Patty Baker is the founder and principal consultant of WorkersComp Consulting Services LLC. She is an expert in workers compensation cost containment and helps employers reduce their premiums. She stays current with the latest industry challenges and partners with industry leaders to mastermind the best practices in this area that is vitally important to companies.
Patty was previously the Director of Safety and Human Resources for one of America’s top 10 roofing contractors. She has former training and experience in OSHA 1910 and 1926 laws and regulations. In 2001, Patty began a company working with employers and insurance companies to help injured workers return to work. Her firm then acquired a 10-year national federal contract with the Social Security Administration successfully helping people with permanent disabilities secure full-time employment.
Patty has a national social media following centered around living a life of purpose. She is dedicated to writing, speaking, and coaching using the same successful methods she uses in helping injured workers return to work. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people and good BBQ.
