Manage Workers Comp Program
Get back to the revenue-generating part of your business!
Whether you are a national, mid-range or small employer, we have you covered.
Workers comp is considered a mandatory cost of doing business. So oftentimes it doesn’t get the oversight needed to manage the costs driving the premiums. And many companies don’t have the time, expertise, or key professionals in place to implement cost-saving strategies to avoid “claim leakage” (think of a running toilet causing an outrageously high water bill).
We can handle the entire administration of your company’s workers compensation program from filing the first report of injury to return to work. We can build out a customized service that works best for your company.
We provide a dedicated WC Specialist who will:
- Set up and administer your workers comp program using the methods from our COMPlete™ System.
- Be your company’s representative in communicating with carrier, TPA, medical providers, injured workers, and other parties to the claims.
- Keep your company’s point person well informed of each employee’s medical and work status during every step of the process.

Training and Consulting
Do you know jack? We do. Risk, safety, and HR professionals have had to become a jack-of-all-trades in today’s market. The demands of these positions make it difficult to focus on one area of expertise. When it comes to workers compensation, we are your guru.
Training:
We offer training for the newly hired and seasoned professionals designated to manage a company’s workers compensation program. Using our proprietary processes known as the COMPlete™ System, we will train your professionals on the successful methodologies of setting up, managing, and monitoring a premium-reducing workers comp program.
Educating your Risk, Safety and HRI Professionals on how to streamline this part of your business will minimize direct and indirect workers comp costs as well as reduce risk of future claim loss time.
No one knows your employees better than you. If you need to change the culture of your organization when it comes to accidents, we can help. We bring our expertise to assist in creating a culture from top leaders to hourly workers.
We can customize the training of your managers, team, and employees to best suit your business culture and needs.

Consulting:
Claim delays and poor communication complicates your ability to control the costs of out-of-work employees. This adds to your operational expense. That’s bad. It’s even worse when it’s unnecessary and avoidable.
Having someone immediately available to answer your workers’ compensation questions and assist with program strategies is a valuable resource. Having a consultant who can help you navigate the difficult claims and develop/review processes and procedures on an on-going basis reduces costs and legal fees.
Consulting services can be tailored to suit the needs of your business. Contact us to show you how.
Case Management
We provide telephonic and field medical case management as well as vocational rehabilitation services to insurance companies, third party administrators, and employers. Our coverage area for these services include NC, SC, and GA.
Our goal is to foster a collaborative work effort with all stakeholders to help provide the best patient care to injured workers and help them return to work without any unnecessary delays. We attend medical appointments according to state statutes and provide face-to-face contact with injured employees for effective job analysis and vocational rehabilitation programs.
Partnering with the injured workers during the claim process ensures they receive timely and effective medical treatment so return-to-work goals are achieved. We maintain contact and communicate with all parties to apprise them of the claim activity, progress/barriers with treatment, and anticipated return to work.
